Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Additionally, all products come with a 90-day replacement warranty covering any manufacturing defects or functional issues during normal use.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Products showing any signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns are subject to approval upon inspection. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the above criteria.


Return Process

To start a return, contact us at Hello@bloomsskin.com. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

  • First Return Label Free: Customers are entitled to one free return shipping label per order. This label will have a strict expiration date communicated at the time of issuance. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product within that time frame.

  • If the return is not shipped by the expiration date, the customer will be responsible for arranging and paying for shipping on any subsequent return attempts.

  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Refund Policy for Delivered Orders

Once the shipping carrier marks your order as Delivered, the package is considered successfully fulfilled, and responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • If you claim non-receipt, you must provide verifiable evidence that the package was lost or stolen, which may include a police report, a sworn written statement, or additional documentation requested by our team.

  • A carrier investigation/claim will be opened. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the investigation is fully resolved.

  • Carrier investigations may take 30 to 90 days. Customers must wait for the outcome before any refund or replacement is processed.

  • No chargeback will be considered valid while an investigation or claim is open. Any attempt at a chargeback during this process will be contested with this policy as evidence.

  • If the carrier confirms successful delivery and no valid proof of theft/loss is provided, the customer remains responsible for the order, and no refund or replacement will be issued.


Warranty and Replacements

  • All products include a 90-day replacement warranty for defects or malfunctions under normal use.

  • Defective products will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

  • Warranty replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period.


Damages and Issues

You must inspect your order upon reception and notify us within 5 business days at Hello@bloomsskin.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims made after this period will not qualify for a return or refund.

We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Personal care goods (beauty/health products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Items marked as final sale or heavily discounted.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Limitations of Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received due to theft or misplacement.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances.

  • Improper use, modification, or misuse of products.

  • Reactions, injuries, or damages caused by failure to follow instructions.

  • Results not meeting customer expectations.

All products are used at the customer’s own risk. By purchasing, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of our products.

Promotional Items, Discounts & Bundles

Orders placed as part of promotions, discounts, bundles, or special offers (including but not limited to free items, discounted pricing, or limited-time deals) may be final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

In certain cases, orders purchased with promotional pricing or discount codes are not eligible for returns or refunds, even if the items are unused.

Promotional or free items included with an order cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged separately and hold no cash value.

Returns for promotional orders are subject to Bloom Skin’s discretion. When a return or refund is not applicable, Bloom Skin may offer store credit instead.

All return requests must be submitted within 20 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


No Warranty Disclaimer

All products are sold as-is, with no explicit or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.


Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Florida courts.


Binding Arbitration Clause

Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to these terms or the products purchased will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court, except in cases that qualify for small claims court.
